Rich Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

• dark chocolate 200 g
• butter 150 g
• sugar and eggs 1 cup and 2 pieces
• flour and cocoa powder 1 cup

Instructions

   Melt the chocolate with the butter over a double boiler.

   Whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the melted chocolate mixture.

   Add the flour and cocoa powder, and mix gently.

   Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake until set while keeping the center moist.
